Established patients should use their SimplePractice patient portal app to securely message me. I make an effort to respond to patient portal messages several times throughout the work week.
Prospective patients can fill out a New Patient Request form.

Finding the office.
Please be aware that my office entrance is only accessible via the pedestrian walkway on Essex Street in downtown Salem. The building entrance is located right in between the CVS at 200 Essex St. and the Old Town Hall building. Parking is available at city lots, garages, or metered spaces nearby (more info on parking below).
I recommend using the “walking directions” feature on Google or Apple Maps to easily locate my office building for your first visit.

How to Find My Office
Look for two large dark green doors. Upon entering the building, go up the staircase immediately to your right. Once upstairs, go through the door just to your left and in front of you where you will find a cozy waiting area.

Parking Information
Please plan extra time for parking! The two closest parking options are the Klop Alley Lot (14 New Derby Street) and the Museum Place Garage (1 New Liberty Street).
The City of Salem also provides this interactive parking map where you can locate metered spots on streets close by after typing in the office address.
